  • Did one 60 day already and took my week off. Started round 2 of another 60 day routine. Monitor your HR as it is important. Do what you can and take a break as needed. Concentrate on the correct form. Your abs are going to be tight all the time and your quads will be sore. Just stay with it.... Add me if you like and ask…
