  • Thanks for the support! I've been doing 30min exercise videos and I've tried spinning, which is a pretty good workout. Now I do them when I get home... Sometimes I'm still tried but it's better than getting up soooooo early.
  • Hey! I'm awake, I'm awake. :) I'm an IM intern. I'd like to lose some of the weight I put on during intern year but mostly I just want to be healthier. Stop mindlessly snacking, stop emotionally stuffing my face with pizza during a bad call shift, stop rationalizing that I'm too tired or busy to exercise.

  • Hey! I'm a fourth year med student. It used to be easier to exercise and eat well... Then there was med school... Then Step 1... Then clerkships... Then Step 2. The excuses never stopped, so I finally decided I just needed to start jogging and eating well again or it was never going to happen.
