Starting Six Week Six Pack, anyone want to join?
I plan on starting the Six Week Six Pack DVD on 4/28. I'll be adding in JM Hardbody probably 2 days per week so I can maintain the strength I've build from 30DS and RI30. UP coffee preventing MFP meals from syncing?
Everything was going great with my UP and MFP and then I started using UP Coffee and now UP only shows my caffeine intake and isn't showing my MFP meals anymore. Anyone else with this problem? I'm hoping there is a work-around because I really like using all three apps.

Fitting in a Workout
Hey! I'm in residency, So I've started waking up at 4-4:30 (depending on the rotation) to run or do strength training (mostly kettle bell). How do you guys fit in regular work outs? How much sleep are you getting?
