50 squats - done 40 with weights (4 kgs) 100 step ups - did 10 mins 30 minute walk - :( (did Zumba instead, does that count) 80 bicep curls (40 each arm and try to use at least 10 lbs if possible and do them in sets of 10) - done 100 jump n jacks - 150 done Did not manage to drink enough water :(
