  • Haha SAME! I had to give each doctor the respect he deserved before moving on.
  • Brings me total happiness! Just waiting to save a little money before I start my Doctor Who collection!
  • Brilliant Cake! Just love it! 9 was my first, fell in love with 10 and then switched sides to 11. Eleven is "MY" current doctor. I love how Matt Smith played him, he was old and young and so emotional when called for. Yup eleven it is.
  • Oh I know lol. Before these 2 weeks (and a few nasty days last week) I was over board. Thanks for your honesty, I am exercising a more then I ever have before and have cut down TONS from my lifestyle before the 2 weeks but even cutting down doesn't mean the weight will melt off. I'm trying to incorporate the alcohol and…
  • Amazing!!!! Super inspirational
  • That's how I've manged it as well. One day a week I'll enjoy myself and work out extra hard.
  • Thanks everyone! Honestly I've only been committed to this for the last 2 weeks and I think I just had my expectations set WAY to high for 2 weeks. How do I get away from those "expectations" of how it should go?
  • I found it hard to get plain water in through out the day. I now make "tea" waters, just flavored green tea bags in some hot water. Wait a bit and add ice (I like cold drinks). Gives me flavor with no calories and helps get all that water in. Also helps when I want something "other then water".
  • Getting in the cycle that I have to limit my food and I'll lose the weight becomes a stage for failure. The Key as kgeyser stated is incorporating the treats every single day. Smaller potions that fit into all your categories on MFP but every day have a salty treat and a sweet treat. I tried it this past week and with A…
  • I personally enjoy a really good dark beer but find I over indulge and have 2 or 3 to find that buzz and then I'm over calories. I think I'll try a vesper martini. The goal is to have that nice light buzz. Thanks for the suggestions! and I forgot about sushi! so yummy and with the right choices I could still be under.
  • I had and have this problem on and off. I realized it's not about my image or being "skinny" because that motivation just doesn't seem to stick long term. Work towards just being healthy, eating proper portions and fruit and veg, lean protein and so on....cut out diet soda and so on...exercise for the sake that it's part…
  • Proof that hard work pays off! Thanks for the inspiration!
  • [/quote] "Trying to get the kids to mind us, It was the running joke in our house that "mom never gets to three" .. one .. two ... two and a half .. two and three quarters .. We got the kids attention by using .. "I'm going to count to ONE ... " (and then follow through. never make an idle threat. kids learn fast)"…
  • I want to thank everyone who posted on my thread. You guys saved me. This was a huge hurdle I always fell down on and tonight was really bad. Just posting and reading everyone's support made that urge seem small and weak, something I can over come. *plus I tried punching the couch. Felt really silly and my toddler looked…
  • It's almost his bedtime. Thanks for the suggestion though, I'd be doing laundry or dishes or something if it was during the day, or looking forward to lunch haha.
  • I honestly just used that term. I don't know what term to use when it come to my issue with food and my inability to prevent binging. I don't want to cause issue with anyone here, I guess I could have put binging instead.
  • Thanks! Good to know going in.
  • My Goals 2014 - More Veg and no fast food in my daily eating - Zumba at least 4 times a week -Make it to my calorie goal 5 days a week. -Get out with my Son at least once a week with an activity.
  • My son is 18months old and before the tantrums starteed I found a joy and lost the most weight I have in my life in that first year. It's only the tantrums that were driving me to eat.
  • That's fantastic!!! It's really nice to see, my husband lost his father at a young age and finds it acceptable that his son migh do the same. Be very proud!
  • I really appreciated the comment and it's what I needed to realize the disgusting pity parties I've been throwing myself lately. Thank you.
  • I love all of your comments and they're ALL helpful. I'm not happy and I'm medicating with food, the only person who can change that is ME. I like the meal plan idea and the me time that is not related to my family ( I do feel guilty saying that still) or food. Thanks again everyone, I really needed to see that life isn't…
  • Thank you.
  • Same. Lack of friends/love/hobbies didn't matter cause there was always food. Even today when I'm haing a rough time of it all I think of is must eat something super naughty because I deserve it, tough one to change.
  • A pure breed American Cocker who thinks she rules the world and we are here to serve her & a Cockerainian (cocker & pom) and he is the most loving sweet subserviant dog you could meet. them both so much plus they are on their own weight loss journey so haha it's nice to have them around.
  • THANK YOU!! I have recently decided to quit smoking and was thinking is it worth it to gain weight if I quit but you just answered my question.
  • When it comes to smoking everyone in my family smokes and for a while I thought it was "okay" again. Truth is I smoke then I drink and then I smoke and it's just a cycle I allowed to become the norm again. I appreciate the wake up ladies, I needed to remember that healthy life was the norm not some fad diet and my son…
