Actually on the carb sensitivity - one of the other forums i frequent, the folks claim that they believe they have become more carb sensitive though years of lo carb dieting. There is also claim that you can "recondition" you body to process carbs...."Potato Hack" has been used.....

I have mine set to "Sedentary" b/c i have a desk job. I then log all of my exercise (which in turn adds exercise calories) which is 5 days a week, an hour each time. yea, i am repeating folks, but you might need to go up on calories esp on workout days - also pre-workout snacks are important. My PT recommends something like an apple sliced with peanut butter on it (like tbsp) and do a protein shake as SOON as you complete the workout. I am not up to P90x yet, so you have my admiration…
