Track Lobster Calories-Do you count the shell in the weight?
Sort of an inane question but here goes - but we are having lobster claws for lunch - when i look them up in MFP database, they are appx. 5oz = 125 calories - is this weight including the shell or is that just pure lobster meat w/o shell... Thoughts?
