Those of you that have former/current knees issues: I have recently started doing more intense workouts that include jogging. I have an old issue with patellar tracking (my knees face slightly outward and tend to scrape around in the proper groove or come out of it just a little). They are not hurting whatsoever, but i can hear the left one popping around in there - esp. when i straighten my legs all the way up - should I be worried? I am stretching IT band, hamstring, religiously. I know you will probably tell me go to the orthopedist - and i can do that as well - but wanted to get others experiences.
