i agree more with this - that is why those formulas are bogus. My FAT does not burn many calories at rest.

if i eat carbs in the morning i find this to be true as well. Try a low carb protein shake. this is a fave for me.

does give you energy boost but be VERY careful - i have split the capsule open and do only 1/3 to 1/2 - can make your heart race - they are no joke!

talk only to those that have had VSG - ask do any of us regret it? VERY VERY few I think, and i don't think i have met anyone...go check out Obesity Help's forums - much larger community of VSG'ers. RANT alert.... Definitely ONE and THREE - I travel for my job and some dumb a**holes (usually GUYS) think they can pack one set of gym clothes for A FOUR day trip! Guess What? Get to sweating again, and it reactivates all of the old bacteria and sweat....not to mention i have to peddle beside you on the elliptical gasping…

i am 3 years out from surgery - i can drink diet sodas but slowly and makes me burp! Not to hijack, but i quit counting too - I think it is good to put it "on paper" (or screen) no matter what you do...but i cannot seem to force myself to (i had a binge day on Monday....) ....and have a hard time tracking on weekends!
