I know that when I've gone hard on a CV workout (mine is all aerobic no anaerobic) that I need to take back some of those calories burnt. Start 197 W1 193.5 W2 191.5 Cumulative 5.5 Happy with my progress but currently on an all inclusive holiday in Cyprus so expecting some damage when I get back although I've been eating pretty healthily and maintained some good CV training to try and keep the lbs impact to a minimum.

Been a decent week - start 197lb and now at 193.5lb. Hoping for some more good results next time as I've been working my backside off!

Feeling very motivated. Am a newbie to myfitnesspal and I'm finding it an excellent way to keep on track. Did a 4m run tonight as well which makes the calorie count that much easier. Good luck everyone!
