  • Thanks, according to MFP my BMR is 1850 a day just to stay alive!! But then when I said I was looking at 1.5lbs lose a week it told me 1560, then because I excerise most days I gain calories at around an extra 500/700 depending on what I have done, so really I am a bit confused.com!!!   • Hi I to have type 2 diabeties and are new to the site. I lost 3 stone with slimming world and have another 3 to go!! Google some of their reciepes they really are yum and the green days are geared up for people with diabeties, it was my doctor that advised that I tried that diet. Let me know how you get on:smile:
