Hi I'm new to this site and just looking for some friends and also some good recipes for people with type 2 diabetes

    Hi I to have type 2 diabeties and are new to the site. I lost 3 stone with slimming world and have another 3 to go!! Google some of their reciepes they really are yum and the green days are geared up for people with diabeties, it was my doctor that advised that I tried that diet. Let me know how you get on:smile:
