We go out in the snow as usual but not for long walks due to snow and ice build-up on the paws. I tried the shoes but they didn't go down too well :laugh: Watch out for salt on the roads as this is bad for paws - my bullie gets a foot spa when we get back home - spoilt git!!

I agree with 'cook your own' but if you must takeaway occasionally try Chicken shashlik - dry marinated chicken with chargrilled peppers and onion. I'd pinch a spoonful of someone else's dinner for sauce ..... :tongue:

Confession time for me too - i blew out for two days this weekend. Ate massively above goal (also at 1200 net) and felt pretty down about it. Try the fitbit users group on here - they have lots to say about, well, everything! I have an ultra, and love it. Saves loads of time entering everything manually on MFP Hope you find something that works for you

For me it depends on the time of year, Stoolball outdoors from April to October, tennis in the summer, squash in the winter, running, hiking and archery all year round and I've just started swimming but find it a bit dull :ohwell:

I can sympathise with this, I eat loads when I have a migraine as the act of chewing/eating takes away the pain. I haven't had one in a while thank goodness, and I'm not sure I'll be strong enough to have celery or whatever - I normally crave something like cookies, bread and cheese etc. If we do have one, I suppose the…

High point of the week so far? Not a patch on yours Helen, but dinner at the 'outlaws' without going over calorie goal. Luckily my sister outlaw is also watching what she eats so homemade tandori chicken and salad with one small glass of wine! I'm on holiday this week (staying at home but off work) so doing miles and miles…
