Next Challenge?
So come on then - what's next? I'm going to try and improve my 5k time - which was sedate at best. Upped my calorie goal recently in the hopes I'll have a bit more energy but not sure it is showing yet...

What Goal?
Hi I'm very pleased to have got below a BMI of 30 (more than that you are obese, less than that you are merely overweight!) But now I'm struggling to think what my next mini-goal should be.
