So come on then - what's next?
I'm going to try and improve my 5k time - which was sedate at best. Upped my calorie goal recently in the hopes I'll have a bit more energy but not sure it is showing yet...

Well I am scared but I just registerd for a half Marathon in Toronto on the 5th of May 2013. I am going to start off slowly and with the help of others in this group to stay motivated. I know there will be bumps in the road but it is how fast that I can recover from them that I am worried about. So I am up to challenges which make me push myself and wok hard.0

Sounds fun! I totally bailed on then Turkey Trot and was so mad at myself for it so I am going to be better and be ON BOARD for this one!0
