Im also on L2D4 and I am finding it is getting easier although I can't really do the jumping jacks as it makes my right knee hurt so Ive been doing the jump rope instead and Im doing the easy versions of the planks as I find all the jumping around makes my knee hurt too but I don't want to stop doing it altogether so am…

I'm gonna be doing my first day of level 2 tomorrow, I've only done 9 days of level 1 but I'm another that's just got a bit bored of it so want to step it up a gear I do tend o take the weekends off as I don't get the time to do it with my other half and kids around, can't wait to see what it involves and how tough it is…

Me too I've just started IPOARM and it all completely makes sense to me! Give it a try but make sure you take a look at the spread sheet too, but just keep in mind that if you start this you may have a gain in the first few weeks but that's just while your body gets used to you feeding it the amount it needs to burn off…

Well I know that!!! which is why I am asking how to get started im just saying that I have only ever lifted up a 3kg weight in my life but would like to know how I go about lifting more and the types of exercises I should be doing in order to train to lift more??

I did the same started on Monday did two days then had yesterday off as I was horse riding last night so didn't want to be jelly legged whilst trying to jump lol. Gonna try and stick with it every day and just have weds off. Not sure I could move to level two yet though!!

I have done two days so far but think I'm gonna take every weds off as I do horse riding on weds nights so need to have some strength in my legs especially as I'm doing jumping, don't think it would be good to have wobbly legs whilst trying to get my jumping position correct. I will only be taking those off though.

Just about to do day two, I'm not feeling to bad from yesterday just a bit wobbly on the old legs when walking down the stairs. Hoping I don't feel to bad after today as I've got to walk around the zoo with my little ones today, don't want to be looking like a prat whist walking lol.
