  • Get a book called new rules of lifting for women I follow all the routines and do it at home, I've got a step, bench, dumbells, barbell, gym ball, 150lbs in weights. I think that's it I do need to get a pull up bar though but will do that when I need to ;0) hope this helps.

  • I am the same I haven't even plucked up the courage to join a gym yet! I'm doing NROLFW and have most of the equipment to do it at home but I think once I hit stage 2 I am gonna join the gym then I am hoping I will know abit more and have perfected my form and also lifting a lot heavier so that I don't feel so silly.

  • I started this a few weeks ago and got to day 8 but then completely forgot about it for a few days so gave up :0/ I will do it this time :) starting with 50 this evening
  • I have a pint at lunch a pint at dinner and a pint with exercise but then I also have a protein shake for breakfast and 1 after exercise which is made with a glass of water so with all that I end up with 6 glasses still not as much as I should but I do try and drink some in between too if I remember.

  • Wow ladies your doing so well!! I'm about to start level 3 in a bit wish me luck lol. Make sure you post your results in the before and after section as I'm sure that will motivate the rest of us to keep going at it.
