Weight training at home help please

If I wanted to be more serious about weight training, could someone recommend a list or site as to what all you would need to start your own home gym? Right now I only have 3, 5, 10, and 20 lbs dumbells. I'm assuming I need a bench with a bar and weights? Any recommendations? I really don't want to go broke doing it either. I'm just not a fan of gyms.

Get a book called new rules of lifting for women I follow all the routines and do it at home, I've got a step, bench, dumbells, barbell, gym ball, 150lbs in weights. I think that's it I do need to get a pull up bar though but will do that when I need to ;0) hope this helps.0

select techs are a very versatile set of weights. They are on the pricey side, but the upside is you have various weight in one.

I don't use a gym... I do have lots of free weights and a weight bench. So yeah, if you want to get serious, you have to invest.0

and an olympic bar with weights.....all you need to lift. I do the Strong Lifts 5x5 program.0 -

You'll defintiely want a power rack when you start squatting your body weight and above.0
