Level 3 - Day 1 DONE! This was really tough! I got through it with a few modifications. I'll have to see how my knees are tomorrow and Thursday. A lot of jumping!

Not more jumping my knees aren't taking level 2 very well so god knows how ill manage level 3!!

I did Day 1 Level 3 yesterday. I must say that I really enjoy it. But it is really hard on the joints.
I would have to say I like level 3, then 2, then 1. Since I completed 11 days of Level 2... I think once I hit my 10 days of Level 3, I will do another 3 days (1 day Level 1, 2, and 3) then pat myself on the back for not only completing 30 days, but 34 days!0 -
Nice job insane5150! I like your personal challenge. I just completed Day 3 of Level 3. I think I'm partial to Level 2. It's not as hard on the knees as Level 3, for sure. I have to modify all the jumping moves. It was a good day!0

I completed Day 5 Level 3 yesterday... my thighs are pretty sore, just that overall tight feeling.
Great job ladies! *clap clap clap* we are near the finish line.... just need to stretch a little bit further.
I learned a lot doing 30DS, things that I can incorporate into my daily workout routines.
What's your plans after you complete 30DS?0 -
Level 3 - Day 7 complete! It seemed easier today, maybe because I didn't do my 4 mile walk this morning. hmmmm...I'll test that theory tomorrow. I'm doing my walk this evening with my daughter and her puppy! Fun!

insane5150...I joined the group...Zumba Mamis and got Zumba Exhilaration at Bed, Bath and Beyond and will probably start tomorrow. Hopefully, it'll be fun! Have a peek at it and see what you think. Going to get to my last Shred in a few minutes. Hope you're having a good day!0 -

I didn't know if I was going to be able to complete the whole thing...I'm sore pretty much everywhere, but it's a good sore. This is very doable. I just had to keep at it. I wrote everything down in a journal each morning. Challenges I could do at work in the break room or at my desk, I got to mark off before I got home. Most nights I walked four miles around my neighborhood then tackled the challenges left on my list. This was always the last one I did because it was the toughest, but I did it!
