Hey guys well today marks my 1 year aniversary!! I am so excited and so glad I found this site it has help me alot. I also want to thank all of my friends without you guys I would of not have done it! You guys keep me going. Muah!!!
Ok so here's my story
I am a mother of 2 beautiful boys ages 5 and 7. I gained 30 lbs on my first pregnancy and I never drop them sad I know lol. Then baby #2 was on its way and with him I did take care of me a lil bit more I gained 20 lbs and was able to drop them after I had him. But I was still stuck with those extra 30 lbs from the first pregnancy. At my heaviest I was 164 lbs. When I started here on this website I was 154 lbs and little by little I began to start eating better and exercise. It was not easy!!!! I felt like giving up soooo many times but I didn't. I really wanted to see a big number drop on the scale and it wasnt happening.
So I started to exercise I bought myself a couple of Jillian Michaels DVDs like the 30 day shred, Ripped in 30, six week six pack and her kickboxing one. I completed each and every one of them I hated that woman lol but I managed to do her workouts anyway. I also completed one round of p90x and in had some awesome results. I also wanted to say that I DO NOT have a gym membership and that I have never stepped on foot in one :O I have done this without the gym. Yet I really need to start lifting heavy..... Might be time to go to one. I also started to like johging so I been doing 3 to 5 days a week. My fastes 5k is at 27 min. My fastes 10k is at 60min. And fastes 1 mile at 7.52.
Ok so here's my info.
I am 25 yrs old
5'3
Starting weight= 154
Current weight= 122
Total lbs lost= 32
BEFORE PICTURES
OK SO HERE'S SOME OF WHAT I HAVE ACOMPLISHED
And if you have kids don't put them as an excuse that you can't workout. I always take them with me to the park we run and exercise a little bit.
I tried to put as many pics together as I could.

You have done a wonderful job! There is so many exercise opportunities online or DVD and people should take advantage of them as you have done. I did the 30 Day Shred and also enjoy a mixture of Fitness Blender. Eating right is important but like you have proven, exercise makes it so much better.
Congrats!!0 -

Wonderful. You've done a great job of getting fit and healthy and are an inspiration. I'm not sure my mummy tummy will ever look as good as yours (5 huge babies=lots of stretched skin) but your pics will help me keep trying!0

What an inspiration! I was looking for that too. I'm feel like giving up when I keep working out and eating my goal caloric intake, but look fat. This gives me a second wind to stick with it.
I loved the one where you put, "Hating your body will never get you as far as loving your body," or something like that. Enjoy what you've earned girl!0 -
You look amazing! What a fabulous inspiration you are.0

Thank you for posting this.... I am also 5'3, and my start weight was very similar to yours!
My start weight was 151
I am currently 131
and my goal weight is 119.
What is your goal weight, or do you have one? Also, if you don't mind me asking... what size do you wear at 122? I am currently wearing a size 6.0 -
You look so good.
I don't have your body shape but I really aspire for similar muscle definition.
I am also in awe at your transformation.

My first reaction was man, she is hot! Oh wait.... she's probably really young.. /reads the text... Great job with all your hard work, it seems like it's revitalized you. I live in a heavily populated area with colleges and high schools, so my friends and I (boys and girls) always guess to see who is >18<0
