I have PCOS only and have recently started a low-carb (under 70g/day) and high protein (between 90-100g) eating plan... And in just under a week I've noticed a huge difference in how I feel. I also have recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. The combination of diet and medication is astounding in the way I feel.

I'm a little over 5'8" (5'8" + 1/4") ... and my goal is 180, but I've got a pretty large bone structure and that's the goal weight that my doctor recommends.

My favorite so far is peach and banana :D 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup OJ, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen peaches, shake mix, and ice. SO yummy!

I know this is an added expense but I do know that Amazon sells 5-packs of individual envelopes of shake mix, its 5 meals for 12 dollars... but the formula container is a FANTASTIC idea!!!

I've never heard of this theory before.. I just might have to try it, especially if its a diuretic. I retain water like nobody's business. >.<

I dunno.. I actually save calories and splurge on the real thing. I haven't found a light or a fat-free dressing I've EVER enjoyed. EVER. It all tastes like plastic to me. If I'm having a southwestern salad, though... lime juice and avocados is all I need. YUM!
