The healthier I am, the healthier I want to be.
Does that make sense?
I find that I look forward to my grapefruit at snack and I look forward to making dinner when I get home with wholesome, organic foods.
I find that I don't think about the FOOD at events, but more of the activities that will go on.
I find myself passing on the junk and reaching for a banana or apple.
Not because I'm "dieting" but because I truly want to!
I love it.

Makes sense.... I find that if I have a Diet Coke left over from lunch on my desk and my bottle of water at the same time.. I often reach for my water before the coke! ... just out of habit! ... and before i know it it's the end of the day and the coke is still sitting there.0

That definitely makes sense. You're getting healthier bit by bit and it makes you feel good as you go. The junk drains energy and has no nutritional value. You're body's now craving healthy wholesome foods...now if I could only get there too lol.
