Thanks for the suggestions. I'm going to try something this week and if it doesn't work out then I'll go back to what I was doing.

I thought about that. I would probably get up at 5:30 and eat so it has some time to settle.

There are some days when I feel sluggish. But I usually blame the fact that I got up at 5:40 and I'm not a morning person. Figured I can try this and see if I have more energy.
