And kinda explains why my HRM calorie burn was overly generous...but I have to add, my HR is quite high most of the time, so I'd say I was working over 85% (reached max HR of 177) . My HR at rest is in the 120's, I dont know if it is due to the fact I have some birth defect in…

Linani, I did 1 hour in the threadmill running/walking , about 15 mins of weights and floor abs, because it was just a short while I kept the HRM ON, and 15 mins at the crosstrainer.

It's a polar FT7 and I did go through the setting with my weight, height, age, etc. ETA: It does have a chest strap, and I dont have to look at the wrist part cos the heart rate comes up on the gym machines (syncs with the machines too, but calories totally different)
