It was a full on binge, I am close to that special time of the month and just went crazy on giant chocolate chip cookies and fried chicken strips. I am the same height and my goal is 135lbs. I am currently at 149/148, I keep fluctuating.

How often should I be weighing myself? I started calorie counting about 5 or 6 days ago and am really anxious to see if anything is happening.... I know it may not be much but any tiny movement on the scale is big motivation. :)

I'm trying to lose 20lbs of baby weight (she's 2 now, so it's long overdue!). I don't feel as sore as I expected but I have been doing mostly the modified technique. I may try and do more of the advanced or regular technique tomorrow. It kicks my butt regardless though!
