Just finished Level 2 Day 8. I think my shoulders are getting the most workout of any body part in this level. holy Moley, by the end, I can hardly lift my arms!

Tonight is grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts that marinaded all day in Zesty Italian dressing and low carb coleslaw. Yum yum! :)

I had actually done the squat challenge PRIOR to the 30 DS. I know that it really helped me on the shred! (squat challenge also made Zumba easier for me than it would have been!) Go for it!

Level 2 is GONE. :( I did level 1 again with a few of the exercises I remembered from level 2 thrown in. What a bummer!

Rats! I have been doing the shred from You Tube but level 2 was deleted due to copyright infringement. Should I do level 1 again? Looks like I gotta take a run to Wal Mart after work today. Poop.

I have to be honest....I just finished day 4 of level 2, and it is still kicking my butt! I have rested a couple times right at the end. It is killing me, but I am going to hang in. As much as I am sweating, I figure it has to be working.

Don't be scared. I was glad to move on to level 2, but I will admit that it is a challenge. She is good about mixing it up so you have time to recover after a tougher movement. Luckily nothing lasts for longer than a couple minutes. I do have to do some of the modifications, first because I have a bad knee, but also…

Huge congrats to you...what a wonderful sense of accomplishment you feel! Do you have any results to share e.g. measurements or pounds lost? I just finished Day 9 of level 1 today and am just so proud of myself for sticking with it. Kudos to you!

I am on Level 1 day 9 of the 30 day shred. I think anyone would get annoying after listening to the same spiel 10 days in a row, but I gotta say, she does seem to know when I need to hear that there are only 2 more to do, or that when the pain is the worst is when the changes are happening. She really keeps me going!

Just finished day 8! I think I am beginning to not hate sweating as bad! Things are definitely a bit easier...not easy..but a bit easier. I am definitely noticing a difference! Level 2 will be started on Tuesday. 2 more days of level 1. We got this, People!!

I have one knee that hurts a lot and makes the lunges and jumping jacks difficult. I modify by just lunging on one side and not actually leaving one foot on the ground for the jumping jacks

I started it last Saturday. I was VERY sore on days 2-4, but today on day 6 I am not sore at all! I am going to do it EVERY day with no days off.
