I used to do weight loss the old fashioned way. Now that I've got a HRM and a kitchen scale, though, I don't think I could go back. They've been super helpful. In the end they aren't necessary, I guess, but it doesn't hurt to be a little more accurate.

Exercise is great for reducing love handles/muffin tops but there's also another solution... don't wear pants with a waist that's too small for you. Simple.

I bought various gifts for myself ranging from clothes to video games. When I got home, I wrapped every one in christmas paper and I get to open them as I reach the corresponding weights.

The two things that has solved my late night snacking were pills that make me sleep like a log and an early bedtime. I'm much less likely to snack in the morning so it's early to bed, early to rise (makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise). Sorry, I just had to add that last part.

At 22 I was pretty hot, a solid 8. Now days... 3 or 4. I got a lot bigger, after all, and a heavier weight doesn't suit my small bone frame. I have read somewhere, however, that we largely overestimate our own attractiveness. So really, who knows.
