I did level 1 last night and didn't feel sore the next day either. I know it did something though because i sweated a lot and had a heart rate of above 150 the entire time.

I love how people here think they are qualified enough to tell a person to stop taking medication. I didn't know MFP was saturated with board certified psychiatrists.

I was thin all of my life up until around 4 years ago when I gained 70+ pounds in around 6 months (thanks to medication). I can't say I've discovered the magical way out of this, but I sympathize with you. Part of the problem might be that as a naturally thin person you didn't watch your diet very carefully and now that…

Yep... that is exactly how I fall off the wagon as well.

It sounds like you have some serious situational depression and maybe it's even more than that. I'd seek help for it asap.

Thanks everyone for all the good suggestions. I read through each and every single one and took some notes. The amount of support touched me and I hope it helps others out there who are overwhelmed with anxiety.

Thank you, I really appreciate this post. :flowerforyou:

My sister has cancer and goes through horrible bouts of constipation. She was advised to avoid taking too much fiber because it can actually back you up even more when you overdo it. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what she took instead because there was something aiding her symptoms that wasn't fiber or laxative related.…

Fear, and shaking. My legs and hands start shaking and I get these awful feelings that something horrible is going to happen any moment. Really ridiculously unrealistic horrible things too. Part of my brain logically can recognize my thoughts as unlikely, but the majority of my mind refuses to stop thinking about it as…

Thanks for that. =)

It's related to other conditions I am diagnosed with, but is a fairly new symptom. I have no history of them before a few months ago. They appeared suddenly and intensely out of nowhere.

I'm sorry to hear you struggle too. Workouts help me in the moment as well, but same thing, once I'm done and during the day, it does nothing to prevent them. Currently I have pills, but I seldom take them because they are supposedly addictive. Hopefully someone will chime in and help us. :)

30 Day Shred level 2 and 3 combined with a different Jillian Michaels' workout each day. I need to exercise a lot because for the rest of the day I am completely sedentary.

Do this, except don't use caps for the img part.

Until I got a HRM I logged it as circuit training.

I'm a movie snacker so what i do to avoid buying the movie theatre junk food is get a couple fruit leathers at the store and I eat them really slowly during the movie. It's cheaper by far.

I suppose if you can't stick your hand through her, she's probably a real woman.

Have you talked to your doctor about the constant fatigue?

I love spouting out my dental problems... haha 11 fillings, 1 implant, three root canals. 12 of those I got in one sitting. My teeth are terrible thanks to genetics. I don't consume hardly any sugar or soda.

Sometimes, if I'm really feeling drained, I drink a small cup of coffee before i work out.... http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/12/14/how-coffee-can-galvanize-your-workout/

I used to jog off and on without any regimented program or goals for about 14 years. Because I like running outside, though, I don't run any longer. There's no place around here I'd feel comfortable running. There's a treadmill here but it's borrriiing to run on a treadmill. Now I just do workout videos.

You're cleaner than I am.

I know someone who is in a very happy open relationship. I wouldn't do it myself, but I know it's possible and I don't see anything wrong with it.

Dried mango or cherries.

You are not going to look like a body builder just because you do weight training. I've been doing it for months now and the only thing it did to me was make me look more toned and thinner at my current weight than I would if I weren't doing strength training. You're flattering yourself if you think you'd start looking…

I didn't let the bingeing from yesterday bleed into today.
