  • Hi Gayalabeille! I'll echo the previous two posts: don't fret about what's happened. Focus on what you can do tomorrow! You cannot change anything about the past, and if you dwell on it, you'll continue to live in it. Today is a new day (as is tomorrow and the one after it). Always look forward. You CAN do it!
