OK, I need to remotivate myself.
Nothing major but this week I have found myself less motivated. I have been over my calories several time this week, I only went once to the gym (I will go tomorrow too).
I have another day today of major eating (I am going to the cinema and restaurant after) but I need to get back on track. I am afraid of Monday morning weight in............

We all have wavering times and yes, you just "start over" at that moment in time, as many times as it may take :grumble: So keep working at it and keep your goals in front of you. Good you are thinking ahead about eating out and making plans to burn a few calories so you can do that; it wouldn't hurt to go online and look up the restaurants menu and go ahead make a healthy selection based on nutritional information you can glean ahead of time. Then of course stick to your plan:wink: YOU can do this, one day at a time!

Hey just wanted to say don't focus on what you have done wrong this week. Today is a new day. This is about being healthy for life, not just one week or one weigh in. You are so clearly still motivated because you are worried.. Good luck!x

    Hi Gayalabeille!

I'll echo the previous two posts: don't fret about what's happened. Focus on what you can do tomorrow! You cannot change anything about the past, and if you dwell on it, you'll continue to live in it. Today is a new day (as is tomorrow and the one after it). Always look forward. You CAN do it!
