You can't stop people doing dumb crap. The truth is, you could bang on about your opinions on fad diets all day but it wouldn't make a blind bit of difference. Here's the bottom line: opinions are like *kitten*, everyone has one but nobody wants to see yours
-
Don't skip the olive oil
-
Try low intensity exercise. Try higher fat foods with low or no sugar
-
Don't eat processed crap. Eggs and other animal based fats aren't bad. Saturated fat isnt bad and neithe is dietary cholesterol
-
Where is the oil going? The smoke point of extra Virgin olive oil is pretty low, it's more of a dressing than a cooking oil
-
Lol @ everyone trying to comfort the OP. I think they just wanted to put their "sinful" behaviour on display for the world to see... personally I make sure that I help enough old ladies across the road to give me a free pass to kick the odd kitten
-
It's people like you that make the world go round. Well done.
-
Eat less for 2 weeks and your mind and stomach will adapt. Stop eating sugar because it screws with your bodies leptin
-
There's a separate forum for gaining weight. It's under bodybuilding etc. I'd guess they would know the healthy ways to gain
-
This is why cannabis should be legalised medically across the world. It is a nightmare, my mum went though the same thing. We managed to increase fat levels in her food without her noticing so that's a thought
-
Just as i suspected. I can actually smell the kidney failure in here
-
Agreed on the prevoius posts. Age and genetics are factors. Best of luck to ya x
-
Oh and a heads up. Flour and water isnt a health food, its paper mache paste
-
A single tortilla in my cupboard (much thinner than naan) is 200kcal. Id like to have the recipie for this curry if its really that low
-
Factors affecting water weight (including but not limited to): Increased exercise or activity Increased carbs Increased salt (think processed foods) Decreased potassium (offsets salt) Increased alcohol Increased calories Illness/sickness Muscle damage/injury Stress/anxiety The list goes on and on. I dont find scales…
-
More carbs mean more water weight. You have changed your macros with the ice cream and "protien bar" (theyre more sugar than protien, try meat or whey). For each molecule of glycogen that your body stores, it has to store 4 molecules of water. Your 1lb a week weight loss is easily removed by water weight. Stop eating…
-
Easiest way to stop people peeing on your fireworks is to set them off by yourself
-
Bulk then cut... keep doing it and youll get there. Its a long game without roids though
-
Only sugar and refined carbs make me feel awful the next day. Oh and alcohol.
-
Log them and find out if its worth it. I have cheat days but im so used to eating 1000kcal under my daily allowance that i barely break even. If youre talking about eating crazy amounts of calorie dense stuff then log it and see
-
Interesting how many people love the old guy slagging off anyone with premature ejaculation issues. Baby boomers are a funny old breed
-
I couldnt care less. I just lie there reading the paper
-
The words "weight, help" got put on a seperate line on my phone. Im here out of confusion.
-
No. You must suffer at all times.
-
My wife logs our... alone time as belly dancing. Sooo yeah, belly dancing is the best
-
Agreed. Eat less and move more. It will come off the same way that it went on
-
I dont get super hungry anymore. A lot of that is down to a better diet thus fewer carb crashes
-
A common reason for carb crashes is a low fat diet. Lower fat tends to raise the GI... a snickers is suprisingly low due to the nuts (that doesnt mean its nutricious)
-
If youre having problems with blood sugar then you need to check the GI of the foods that you eat. Carb crashes after bread, pasta, sugar, rice etc are common enough to warrant a look
-
You are losing fat. Dont get upset that your body needs a bit of water to repair your leg muscles. Dont be put off
