Adding exercise will cause teeny tiny little tears in your muscles. To heal, your body holds a little extra water, this is normal and healthy. The water will disperse naturally once your body becomes accustomed to the new routine

Sorry, its "current weight" under the goals screen. When you click it, MFP will say something about recalculating your calories
-
Just a heads up. If youve lost a lot of weight then you need to have mfp recalculate your goals. It will adjust your calories when it recieves a new starting weight

This is all about willpower and discipline. If you want to rid yourself of something then go for it, dont think about not doing it, just consciously stop. If you learn stronger self-discipline now then the future will be much simpler. Manage your actions.

Work on your fitness. The incremental improvements are far more dramatic than the weight loss youll see in the mirror or on the scales. As you lose weight you will FEEL better and more capable, if that doesnt help you to enjoy the journey then im lost. If life is a journey then death is the end of it... enjoy the journey…

Smaller, more frequent meals. Lower/slower insulin spikes are key to appetite control. Choose low GI foods to avoid that awful crash and stay busy
-
Sorry, i meant to say google "400 calorie meals"
-
3 x 400 calorie meals or my wife sometimes has 2 larger meals and a milkshake
-
I love oatmeal with half a tablespoon of cocoa powder and sweetner to taste

It doesnt have to be sugary drinks, i just found that a cup of tea with a sugar alleviates it a bit. I kinda feel silly now though

Reading about low carb diets has put my mind at ease a little. Rule number 1: dont google your symptoms
-
That definitely would fix it! Lol

Thank you for the responses. I probably should just go to the doc, its really playing on my mind

I accidentally (ok maybe not) ate 25g of peanuts for breakfast this morning... i didnt get hungry for ages. I like bacon and eggs too but thats a bit more effort

Just eat less and move more. It will all come off in the same way that it went on

Crazy awesome!

You probably didn't gain much muscle on a calorie deficit if that helps your mindset.

You wouldn't be able to stab someone with a 'real sword' for sport... if it was 'real swords' then it would just be two people prancing around each other showing off; somewhat like a car-meet.

There are so many reasons to go Vegan... yet one pulls me back every time. Meat is good.
-
Lol my gf said that's the face I pull when I'm being a smart-*kitten*. Many thanks peeps, it means a lot.

I was too heavy to run at first so I walked as much as I could; it left me tired, but it was worth it just to start feeling normal again. The pounds dropped off so fast back then; I was losing a minimum of 2lbs a week, some weeks more. Once I got down to around 250lbs I bought a mountain bike (nice and sturdy) and rode…

Thank you all  I can see what you mean, my confidence seems to grow in each picture

You're setting yourself up for a failure... trust me when I say cut it out
-
Don't waste your money. Clean eating and a balanced diet would do more for you than that rubbish and at a fraction of the price.

At school it was just called English Literature. We never focused down on a particluar country for any reason. Edit: I also don't understand the irony.

Any of the polars are great. You don't need the calorie calc on it so feel free to go for a cheap one. The following site will do the basic calculation of average heart rate to cals or let you calculate your vo2 max and use it in the calculation if you want more accuracy:…
