I've just ordered Insanity as the kids go back to school next week and I need something a bit more challenging to do! Seeing all the raves about this... I'm hoping for great results, but at the same time I'm quite nervous! Good luck to everyone starting out! :)

That's fantastic! I started the 30 day shred on Monday, so today is day 7 and I moved on to level 2. What a difference! Was exhausted at the end, but in a good way! :) Looking forward to seeing great results at the end of the month. :)

I get the shred dvd out of the way first thing... actually look forward to doing it before the kids wake up! Then spent a good couple of hours out walking before a trip to the park. You don't happen to have vertigo do you? I do, and find that any exercise that involves lying flat will bring on the nausea, dizziness & vomiting. For the ab part of 30ds I just do similar exercises in a standing position (obviously not getting the full benefit of what they're doing). I figure that modifying a small bit of…
