    holy, you sure your 161? you look so much skinnier then that! how tall are you?

    This is why I don't like the I feel fat I have to be a smaller weight threads...really...all you need to do is move more and you'll look fantastic at tthe same weight. Losing weight without moving and you'll probably still feel like you need to lose weight. I seen a 200 pounder on here with Abs. It was impressive. Also, a reason why the BMI should be taken with a grain of salt if you're active. I'm sure your 161 looks better then many people in there 130s. I was 150 when I started, and I felt like a immobile blob.
