Hey, I was thinking the same thing of starting this, and my question forgive me for having a blonde moment, it is just do level one for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and level 3 for 10 days, there isn't variation of the 20 mins per level, just the same workout each day??? Thanks!

Due to problems with my eyes, I was forced to forego lenses about 12 months ago. I managed with the glasses, a strap for running and in spin I managed to do that blind!! I used to have bread roll with butter with my soups, but now I just allow myself I piece of bread with it (and make sure there is no butter in the office)!!!

just figure that I'm better off in the gym than not bothering at all and that is what you should remember if you feel like that. There are many people who don't even bother!!!

Other thank house and car etc, its a definite girlie one of shoes and handbags! Mulberry handbag at c£800, couple of Louboutins too (although one was on sale!!!)

Have the new BBQ Rancher Salad, on the website its only 190 cals! The Zinger salad isn't too bad also, at 290, but for the sake of some breadcrumbs, can almost have a couple of hot wings!!

Spinning is my favourite thing to do when the weather isn't great - amazing workout, but you do only get as much as you put in, so really go for it!!! Most noticeable changes in my thighs and hips from doing spin!

I have an old nano so have the kit. I know the program is preloaded on the new nano, but wouldn't you still need the sensor for the shoe??? I'm quite intersested to hear from someone who uses this as considering updating my ipod too!

A big advantage of being in the UK is that I can watch it but the food will cost a lot more when you include travel! It is a little obscene but I love it!!!!!

What do you normally drink? Instead of wine have vodka and diet coke? Things like this can help too. Have fun - haven't been to Newquay in a very long time, but usually very messy!!!

Hi, my classes of choice are spin (around 3 times per week), body attack (1/2 week) and body pump (2/3 week). All are amazing, although spin you will either love or hate!!! There are always lower impact others and bits and pieces to get you used to it!! Key is finding one with good instructors that you like!

I've used Nike+ with Asics for about 2 years now and I don't see any real problem with the difference. You can calibrate it, but if you know a route you usually do, do the same and just sense check that its right!
