You look gorgeous!

I'm so happy to be your MFP-friend. You are truly amazing! :flowerforyou:

My gal is around 155. Maybe a little more, maybe a little less. That depends on my body shape and if I like it.
-
I can't be your walking partner as I live in Australia but I just wanted to welcome you!
-
Thanks for being "insane"! This is absolute motivation! I think this is nothing but bravery, and it helps me a lot seeing such pictures! :flowerforyou:
-
That's such a huge difference, and you look sexy as hell! :flowerforyou:
-
A cuppa coffee! Or brushing teeth! Or a walk! Good luck getting over the craving, we've all been there and will be... :grumble:
-
Also you look waaaaayyyyy younger! And so happy, congratulations! :flowerforyou:
-
I like them in veggie stir fry. Or on salad. Yummy!
-
I'd like to add tofu and seitan to the list, they are very good sources of protein with low calorie (in the most cases, please look for the labels or make them yourself) though not everybody likes them...
-
Hi! I'm a vegetarian, feel free to add me, the more the merrier! :flowerforyou:
-
I don't get the hype, I don't like sushi at all. I'm one of those few... But then again, I can only have the veggie sushi, and that's kinda boring...

There were no differences at all concerning loosing inches on my body for the first 45lb (290 lb till 245lb) but then it was quite quick... My personal trainer that I have for 4 weeks now said, it might have a lot of reasons. I think the most reasonable one was, that I lost fat around the organs first.
-
You are absolutely awesome, and I hope you keep the work up! You'll reach every goal you want with your attitude! :flowerforyou:
-
I don't track water, spices and herbs, or one tablespoon of vinegar and such. Though I started tracking parsley and thyme just to keep track of my iron intake.
-
roasted pine nuts are yummy on veggies as well!
-
Thanks guys, that's what I thought! I'll keep doing the C25k then. The tip with the shoes is a good one though, mine are so old, I should get new ones... :grumble:
-
I thought the same. Thanks for your opinion!
-
There's less tummy! Keep it up, Sweetie!

I absolutely agree! I love my personal trainer. She has several qualifications, she always pushes and encourages me and gives me realistic goals. I love working out with her and she was actually the one showing me MFP!
-
Of course my spouse knows! Apart from that I only tell friends when the situation allows it, or if they ask me about my food choices. My family does know, I'm losing weight, they just don't know that I am exercising a lot and purposefully try to loose weight. I live in Australia, they live in Germany, so they don't…

Does that also work without the protein powder? Mine tastes yuk and I don't know if it would spoil the taste... :noway:
-
Start at 285 (130kg) Current at 210 (95kg) Goal at 155 (70kg)
-
Avocado, the only way I like them is as guacamole. Also I don't like raw pineapple (it gives me a sore mouth), only warmed up in stir fry.
-
Yummy! All of that please! I also like to stuff my capsicum with beans and veggies and feta ant then bake it in the oven. Veggie chilli, heaps of Indian dishes like Dhal or curries, vegetarian "meat" sauce, Falafel, or in diverse veggie sauces for pasta...

I used the BMI as a start, nut honestly only because I need to have a goal and I don't know how I'll look then. My real goal is to get a healthy relation of body fat and muscles and to overall be lean but womanly. And I'll see when that is later on my weight loss journey.
-
I've had mine for three weeks too and I love it! I don't know what else is on the market but with the fitbit you can count the steps, km/miles, floors you climb (and you can't cheat on a gym floorclimber :blushing: ) and you can log activities. On the internet there are many things you can look up and you can sync it with…

You could also say you want a one-on-one female trainer and not work out in a group anymore to get to your goal.
-
Congratulations, this is amazing! It would be cool to post pictures after your toning as well!

I just make sure to eat at least two pieces of fresh fruit and at least 6 pieces of veggie (although not all of them raw) per day. That's all it takes for me to get all I need... ;-)
