Kitchen scale is a must for me. It doesn't work without it... At least not for me.

Congratulations, your post made me a little bit teary-eyed... :blushing: You look amazing, sexy and so strong! That's a role model before/after... Oh and don't put me in your poll, I live in Australia, and the posting charges would be ridiculously large.  If I'm the lucky winner, take the person posting after…

Wow 11 pages in such a short time... :noway: I just wanted to say: Congratulations that you found YOUR WAY of feeling healthy. You don't get to bed anymore and feel crappy, isn't that the best feeling? Being vegan is in many cases a near-religious and extreme thing. From the obvious foods to leather. I don't like…

You look amazing! :flowerforyou:

You look beautiful! :flowerforyou:

Same like above: Change something. Either with food or with sports - especially cardio - but that way you can often trick your body. What kind of sport do you do at the moment?

Bananas might be a good idea for food as well. Very sustainable, healthy, high in calorie. Also, try not to see everything in a bad light. Be positive about what you did so far!

I love your slightly dry sense of humour! Keep it up and thank you for sharing! And congrats for losing those pounds! :flowerforyou:

If you don't like water as it is, take a large 1.5 litre bottle (that's around 50oz I think) and fill it up with 100ml juice. Just for the taste. That doesn't cut into your calories and carbs too much. :drinker:

Wow, just wow! Congratulations and thank you for sharing this with the MFP community! :flowerforyou: Your meals look good, but for my taste too dry. I love me some saucy dishes! :blushing: And I couldn't put my pasta off the list either. ;-) But that is why you did it in such a short time and it'll take me way longer.…

Oh, that's a tough one! I worked out and again exceeded the 500 calorie goal.

Do you drink enough/more water since you started your training?

@Marvelscale What I meant with don't cheat is more of a you don't necessarily have to with all the tips and tricks. In the end nobody ever does not exceed his limits from time to time. That is absolutely true! :blushing:
-
   Okay, that was a good one...

Don't cheat. Either substitute part of the meal with a healthier choice (Baked potato or salad instead of fries). Or only eat half a portion. It helps to drink a lot directly before you go, too. That way you're not as hungry. Or do an extra cardio session to earn more calories. Usually you get around being over the…

I don't think it's hate. the problem lies more in those who did it without surgery feeling stripped off their "right for appraisal" when looking at people who did it with surgery. I see it as most here. Surgery is a tool and you still have to do a lot to get to your goal and stay there. As long as you get there and stay…

It's a tough topic, of course emotions tend to run high after a while... :ohwell:

You'd be surprised as to how many calories add up on fruit and veggies...

Yeah, you were beautiful before, and now you're absolutely radiant! And: Congrats to being wed. You look stunning in your wedding gown!

You look beautiful!

I only take: iodine (I don't eat fish and we have iodine deficit in our family) Other than that I sometimes have an protein shake (organic brown rice isolate) if I didn't get enough protein that day. But I can mostly manage with a balanced diet. ;-) Have a great day!

You are so beautiful, congratulations! You seem to be very motivated to keep it, now that you got it! ;-) This is very motivating, thank you for sharing this! Carolin

Hi! If you want to loose weight in a healthy way, then absolutely yes! Because MFP already makes you eat less in order to loose weight. Just go to those introductionary posts here, they helped me alot: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/23912-links-in-mfp-you-want-to-read-again-and-again Have a great day!

I love cottage cheese, if it is cooked in dishes or by itself - yummy! I eat it a lot as a snack (sometimes with a bit of pepper and chili) together with raw veggies.as a kind of dip! I don't like the sweet version (eg with cinnamon) though... :-/ Have a great day!

You don't want to cause a scene? First and foremost, order what you want and what fits your meal plan and not what the others would like to see you eat! O_o I'm a vegetarian and still sometimes go to a steak restaurant. ;-) The veggie salad sounds good, I'd take something similar. Have a great day!

I tried wii a few times and don't think it works for me. I sometimes do Kinect games, which works out for me a little better. But I prefer "real" exercise and I think it has the best effect anyway... But as you don't have much spare time it is better than nothing at all, I assume. ;-)

Reduced it to either none or one cup a day. I switched to peppermint tea, love it! :-)

Hi! I think that depends, you can't generalize, every person is different. You should be careful with cheese as it often contains lots of fat. Other than that I eat a lot more dairy than you listed (I am a vegetarian, and therefore can't get protein from meat or fish) and I feel good. As long as you feel good, are not…
