deff invest in good sports bra and shoes, I don't spend a lot of money on work out clothes, I usually check discount stores and even goodwill stores. good luck to you, im supporting ya all the way.

you can do this, its important not to get overwhelmed and take it one day at a time, ive been diabetic for 28 yrs, im now 34 and trying to keep it under control, feel free to add me to your friends list, would be glad to help in any way possible, we have to support each other through these hard times. keep your head up!!!

i was 22 when i had my son, it may seem scary but things have a way of working out. you can do it. there is help out there for pregnant woman i would deff get check into it. best wishes and stay strong, you will do fine

i think cute, i got mine done at the beach 11 yrs ago, and im diabetic and have a hard time healing, but mine did great, the salt water seamed to help.

hi, ive been T1 for 27yrs had a pump for 11yrs and love it, i have the mini med paradigm. just make sure you test pleanty and try to calculate your carbs and insulin the best you can, it makes a big difference. good luck ! you will do great.. friend me if you like

i dont have a FB, but i really enjoy MFP, the support is great and its nice to get advice from other type 1 diabetics, have no drama with my friends, think they are awesome.

yes i have been in law enforcement for 6 years and i love my job. It can be very stressfull at times but I enjoy the the part of helping people the most. Everything seems to affect blood sugar, even stress and being up set over things. I agree with dippydog many foods take longer to get into your system as well.

it is easy to use it as an excuse but if you do the disease takes controll of you instead of you controlling it. You have to start some where and hopefully its here.
