Well everyone it's been 8 months now so it's time for my annual 4 month update.

Starting weight Febuary 17, 2013- 221lbs 30%+ bodyfat
End cut weight August 31, 2013-160lbs 12% bodyfat
Current weight October 28, 2013 177lbs 14% bodyfat

Started bulking September 1, 2013, tryin to get them muscles.

Thanks..I feel like a different person haha. It's a way of life for me now. Just something I do. Just wish I had started sooner like at around age 15-16.
