PB is actually great for the protein. As long as it's not junk food, you can eat what you like. Drink plenty of water and include some good protein after a workout.

I am not really exercising alot, I am doing some random videos from online. I stopped drinking soda. I also cut out red meat from my diet, potatoes, white rice, fast food, and junk food. I eat lean meats, whole grains, brown rice, dairy for protein and baked snacks. I think portion control has made a big difference for me.…

I was at 1200 and plateued as well. I chose to lose 1/2lb a week and it upped me to 1330 calories. So I net at least 1300 every day, and I have lost more weight since doing more.

My thoughts exactly, I am sure your daughter has made a good friend or two at cheer or gymnastics who could carpool. I would say even if you workout for 30mins a day for at least 3 days a week, that should be good enough. It works for me, and I am not nearly as busy as you are as my kids are 4 and under.

I love this site and am addicted to it, I log my food every day. But would I pay for it? No. I would be sa if it started costing, because I would have to leave. The whole reason I tried it out was because it is free! :)

yes, I noticed it when I tried to have a soda after a month and a half of none at all, it tasted so gross. Then, I made the kids a top ramen and there was some left over so I went to eat it, but it was soooo salty!! I was shocked that I had never noticed it before. Now I know I can't eat that anymore.

I am 5'2" but my goal weight is 115. I think 105 is kinda low... I mean all through high school I was very thin and healthy, but my lowest was 110-112. So I figure 115 is a good place to aim for. My initial goal right now is 120 and I am damn close! Once I get there, I wanna see if I can go lower to get to 115.

I tend to go over my sugar, fat, and sodium. But I eat lots of fruit and my fats are healthy fats, almonds, guacamole, lean meats, etc. My sodium is still and issue, but I am working on it and just drinking water to try to balance it out.

LOL good to know! I honestly didn't know what was strength training vs weight training, etc. There seems to be alot of different ways to work out!

what qualifies as strength training? I am about 48 days into my journey and still working on getting stronger, but as of right now I do workouts using 3lbs weights... I know that is small, but does that qualify as strength traning? like rowing movements with the weights, presses, etc.?

I didn't look at your diary, but you know you don't HAVE to go everyday.... as long as you are comfortable and not constipated, I don't see the need to go every day. I would take it as my body is using more of what I eat, meaning I am putting good things into my body. Since I started eating healthier, I go every other day…

you don't have to eat salads. I enjoy a turkey sandwich on multigrain bread with cheese, lettuce, tomato and light mayo. I used to LOVE brocooli, but eating it daily turned me off of it for a while. You can change it up if you need.

I understand how you feel in a different way. I have lost less than 10lbs, but am nearing my goal. I feel so proud of what I have lost, I am posting pics often, and just feeling great, but then see people who have lost 30-40-50 even 100lbs!! I think that is really smart!! And I second the protein, I have more protein rich food and I feel fuller and more satisfied by the end of the day so I don't want to keep snacking after dinner.

I always liked almonds iin chocolate, but I love them even more plain and raw. Also, I was always eating the sugar junky ceeals, but now I love healthy cereals with blueberries, or strawberres mixed in. :)

yep if you like avocado that's a good fat, I don;t so i got some guacamole that is 95% avocado, the other stuff they add makes it good to me and I can eat it with some baked chips. :) yum!
