More progress pics!! :)
I posted progress pics about 2 weeks ago, but the scale is still the same so I decided to take pictures again. My tummy is getting flatter, and I can see some muscle definition as well. :) The far right picture was taken today and I weighed in 127.4 this morning.

ok, so for the past 2 1/2 weeks or so I have weighed the same, I was getting kinda bummed about it until I decided to take pictures! Even though I am not losing weight, I am clearly getting more fit than when I started nearly a month ago. :) So I am learning to ignore the scale and focus on how I feel and look. :)

Quitting the 30day shred
So I did Day 3 of level 2 today but having to modify so many moves and still having my knee pain, I have decided to stop doing this workout and move on to something else. Maybe I will go back to my Tae Bo, that never gave me issues. Any suggestions of good workouts I can do that don't kill the knees?

feeling weak and exhausted after workout

LEVEL 2!!! YIKES
So today was supposed to be day 8 level 1, but I was feeling bored just thinking about it and decided to try level two. WOW I sweat more than I ever have and my knees feel wobbly. The moves are intense!!! I am doing day 9 level 1 tomorrow! I am not ready for level 2 just yet.
