Title typo, meant to say level 2

I did my first real day of level 2 today( I tried it out on my day 8 level 1), and boy it kicks butt!! I was dripping sweat and panting, and now I am soo ready for a nap!!!

    I did Day 9 today so I will be moving to level 2 shortly, probably Wednesday or Thursday. I am nervous. LOL!
