Hello everyone! I was wondering if y'all were still doing the 30DS? I got interrupted after my husband went in the hospital a week with pneumonia. I plan on starting back tonight at level 1.
So I did Day 3 of level 2 today but having to modify so many moves and still having my knee pain, I have decided to stop doing this workout and move on to something else. Maybe I will go back to my Tae Bo, that never gave me issues. Any suggestions of good workouts I can do that don't kill the knees?
I have got to say that Jillian Michaels is TOUGH! She works you out. I will have to say though I wish the video was setup a little different. Title typo, meant to say level 2 I did my first real day of level 2 today( I tried it out on my day 8 level 1), and boy it kicks butt!! I was dripping sweat and panting, and now I am soo ready for a nap!!!
I started the Shred last Monday and have only made it through day 4 today. I'm having trouble with my knees so I have to modify some of the exercises and have had to take a couple days off. Still planning to do the full 30 days of course! How is everyone else doing? What day are you on?
So today was supposed to be day 8 level 1, but I was feeling bored just thinking about it and decided to try level two. WOW I sweat more than I ever have and my knees feel wobbly. The moves are intense!!! I am doing day 9 level 1 tomorrow! I am not ready for level 2 just yet.

how is everyone getting on? I've just done level one day one... i'm pretty fit, but i can definitely feel it. She keeps you moving doesn;t she?!
