I started the Shred last Monday and have only made it through day 4 today. I'm having trouble with my knees so I have to modify some of the exercises and have had to take a couple days off. Still planning to do the full 30 days of course!

today was day 7, but I tried level 2 and I have to tell you, if you are struggling wiht level 1 due to your knees, level 2 will really get you! The moves are high impact and my healthy knees hurt after I went through the entire 20mins. Needless to say I am going back to level 1, which is actually not too bad for me now that my stamina has improved.0

Thanks for the warning! I completed day 5 yesterday. I think I will try to move up to level 2 this weekend. That way if I get too sore I can lay on the couch and recover!!0

That sounds terrifying! LOL I can barely do the pushups, I will try the plank stuff and we will see. I may be stuck at level one for awhile!
