How's everyone doing?

I started the Shred last Monday and have only made it through day 4 today. I'm having trouble with my knees so I have to modify some of the exercises and have had to take a couple days off. Still planning to do the full 30 days of course!

How is everyone else doing? What day are you on?

today was day 7, but I tried level 2 and I have to tell you, if you are struggling wiht level 1 due to your knees, level 2 will really get you! The moves are high impact and my healthy knees hurt after I went through the entire 20mins. Needless to say I am going back to level 1, which is actually not too bad for me now that my stamina has improved.
  • Thanks for the warning! I completed day 5 yesterday. I think I will try to move up to level 2 this weekend. That way if I get too sore I can lay on the couch and recover!!

wll I didn't get sore with it, it was just difficult during the moves. There are a lot of moves that inolve the plank position(push up position) and lots of jumping...that's why it kills your knees.
  • That sounds terrifying! LOL I can barely do the pushups, I will try the plank stuff and we will see. I may be stuck at level one for awhile!

    6 days down, 24 to go. :)

LOL, I struggle with pushups, not the plank position. Like I said the moves are hard on the leg joints. I am on the last day of level 1 today and I am not sure if I want to even try level 2 tomorrow, my left knee and ankle feel achey still. :( I wonder if I should just skip ahead to level 2 now to get my legs used to it sooner....idk...
