So I did Day 3 of level 2 today but having to modify so many moves and still having my knee pain, I have decided to stop doing this workout and move on to something else. Maybe I will go back to my Tae Bo, that never gave me issues.
Any suggestions of good workouts I can do that don't kill the knees?
