What are some of your goals that you would like to accomplish during the shred? One of mine is of course to lose some inches, but I'm hoping to drop atleast 10 pounds.

Well I measured myself the day before starting and I would like to definitely lose an inch or more in my waist, hips, thighs and arms. Not sure about how many pounds I will lose. I know I will gain muscle so that will negate some of the loss.0

I would love to lose some of the cm (inches). For the weight I am not sure... My weight should start coming down now.. so I am hoping 1kg I would be very happy with that..0

my biggest concern is my stomach and boobs. i want them gone!!!0

with my caloric intake and doing the shred, plus cutting out soda, I hope to lose a lb a week, so about 5 lbs, but I also would like a smaller, more toned waistline. My total weight loss goal is 15lbs, so I may do 2-3 rounds of the shred as it's short, but effective and fits great into my schedule as a mom of two!0
