I bought a size 10 shorts for my birthday in march, before I started this lifestyle change. They fit snugly, yesterday I wore them and by the middle of the day I was annoyed that I had to keep pulling them up as they kept sliding down, then I walked past a mirror and saw my panties showing and realized...OMG they fit loosely!! 
I used to be a size 5 at my smallest, so being a size 10 -11 is not happy for me. So the fact that these size 10 shorts were sliding down all day made me so happy!!
It's only been a week and I have lost 4 lbs already and am feeling better and better.
