So when I first joined I put my activity level at sedentary, because it was. But I am doing day 5 of the 30 day shred today and the past two days I felt hungrier than usual and if I were to eat more I would go over my calories(it's set me at 1200, I get 241 from exercise). So my question is, now that I am working out daily, should I update my activity level to lightly active? I think doing this would give me more calories which is what I need I think, I am not sure. I am losing weight well, right now,so i don't want to mess that up by eating more than I should.

I don't think many people who choose "sedentary" really are sedentary.
First off, make sure your weight loss goals are set appropriately. With less than 20 pounds to lose, you should have your goal at one pound a week, possibly a half pound a week. That alone would likely give you more than 1200 calories.
If you truly are sedentary, then adding the 30DS isn't enough to make you lightly active, BUT... I'm of the opinion that not many people who check off that they're sedentary really are. A desk job alone doesn't make you sedentary. If you're taking care of kids, doing normal household chores, etc, you're not really sedentary. Peg Bundy on Married with Children was sedentary. She did nothing but sit on the couch and eat bon-bons. A good mom, which I'm sure you are, is more active than that.0 -

And I figure if I feel hungrier, that is my body telling me I need to eat more.

I already had it set to lose 1lb per week, and I just changed it to lightly active and it gave me only 30 more calories!! Is it because of my stature, I am only 5'2" and wanting to weigh 115lbs, I am now down to 128 as of this morning weigh in. 30 more calories is nothing!!0

Then switch to a half pound a week. You have less than 15 pounds to go, so that might be the more appropriate setting for you.0
