I am starting Tae Bo and I am wondering when is the best time of day to work out? Morning, night? before or after meals? how much time between meals and exercise? I don't want to get sick, and I want to make sure I am the most of my exercise.

It really doesn't matter when you work out; as long as you do it. Some studies say that its best to workout in the morning to start you're day because you're more inclined to stick with it and you'll also have more energy throughout the day, but it hasn't been proven. I do workouts in the afternoon after lunch and after dinner because it's the most convenient time for my lifestyle. However, I was much happier when I was getting it done earlier in the morning because I knew once it was done, I could have the rest of my day to myself. It's up to you; when your body has the energy and willpower to do it.0

Agree with above, whenever you can. I do mine mid afternoon because that works for my schedule.0

I follow Jillian Michaels on Facebook, and she just said that it doesn't matter what time of day you work out, but you should try to work out at the same time every day. I guess if your body get accustomed to exercising at a certain time each day, it will release adrenaline and testosterone at that time of day, Which will help give you more power for your workouts. I don't know if that's true or not, but it sounds good to me!0
