  • I am a vegetarian and I found that i don't eat enough protein. I Increased my protein dramatically and limit carbs and have lost weight..finally! I have been eating mostly whole foods for over a year and didn't start losing until protein increase. I would love to hear what you are doing. Potatoes are my favorite!!
